TECHNICIAN FOUND THE BALANCING RATES TO BE HIGH ON CYLINDERS 1345&8 AFTER ASSEMBLY OF NEW RETURN LINES. TECHNICIAN REMOVED INJECTORS FOR BENCH TEST. UPON REMOVAL OF INJECTORS TECHNICIAN NOTICED ALL CYLINDERS WITH HIGH RATES HAD CARBON BUILD UP AT BASE. BENCH TEST CAME BACK GOOD ON ALL 8 INJECTORS. IT WAS DETERMINED INJECTOR COPPER SEALS WERE DEFECTIVE AND ALLOWED COMPRESSION THROUGH WHICH CAUSED THE HIGH RATES. TECHNICIAN RE-INSTALLED NEW GOOD INJECTORS WITH ALL NEW SEALS. AFTER TEST DRIVE TECHNICIAN RE-CHECKED AND ALL IS WORKING AND TESTING AS DESIGNED.
