WE FOUND THERE TO JUST BE ONE DVD IN THE PLAYER, BUT THERE WAS A DIME THAT WAS DOWN ON TOP OF THE CIRCUIT BOARD THAT MAY HAVE BEEN SHORTING OUT THE CIRCUIT BOARD PREVENTING IT FROM WORKING. WE REMOVED THE DIME AND THE DVD AND REINSTALLED THE UNIT IN THE VEHICLE, THE DVD PLAYER WORKS AND WILL PLAY MOVIES UNTIL YOU SHUT THE CAR OFF AND RESTART IT. THE DVD PLAYER WILL ONLY WORK ON THE INITIAL PLUG IN, AFTER THAT THE UNIT DOESN'T TURN ON. LIKELY CAUSED BY A SHORT IN ONE OF THE PROCESSORS, TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDS REPLACING THE UNIT.
