2019-07-31	CUSTOMER STATES, THE AC BLOWS HOT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND COLD ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE. TECHNICIAN NOTES, WE DID SOME RESEARCH ON THIS ISSUE AND FOUND IT TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE WHERE IF THE FREON IS LOW IT CAN CAUSE ONE SIDE TO BLOW HOTTER THAN THE OTHER. TECHNICIAN PULLED THE FREON OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND FOUND IT VERY LOW (8 OZ. IN THE SYSTEM). TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDS RECHARGING THE SYSTEM AND ADDING DYE TO HELP DETECT A LEAK IF THE FREON LEAKS OUT AGAIN. AFTER RECHARGING THE SYSTEM, TECHNICIAN STATES THE AC IS BLOWING COLD ON BOTH SIDES AND THERE IS NO SIGN OF A LEAK AT THIS TIME. THE CUSTOMER HAS DECLINED PUTTING DYE INTO THE SYSTEM AT THIS TIME.
