CUSTOMER STATES, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THEY BELIEVE IT IS CAUSED BY A MISFIRE ISSUE. PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE. TECHNICIAN NOTES, THERE WAS A STORED CODE FOR A MISFIRE, BUT NOT ON A SPECIFIC CYLINDER. TECHNICIAN MONITORED MISFIRES AND FOUND CYLINDER 2 TO BE MISFIRING. TECHNICIAN SWAPPED THE SPARK PLUG TO A DIFFERENT CYLINDER AND NOTHING CHANGED. WE THEN SWAPPED THE IGNITION COIL TO A DIFFERENT CYLINDER AND THE MISFIRE FOLLOWED. TECHNICIAN INSTALLED A NEW IGNITION COIL AND FOUND NO OTHER ISSUES WITH IT.
