TECHNICIAN NOTED THERE IS CONSTANT BLUE SMOKE COMING FROM THE TAIL PIPE WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING, PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE. TECHNICIAN CHECKED AND FOUND THERE TO BE A VENTING PROBLEM WITH THE PCV SYSTEM DUE TO A PLUGGED VENT ON THE CATCH CAN USED WITH THE TWIN TURBO SYSTEM. TECHNICIAN REMOVED THE FILTER AND TEST DROVE FOR TESTING PURPOSES AND FOUND THE SMOKE TO CLEAR UP WITHIN A FEW MILES. TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDS REPLACE CATCH CAN FILTER AND TEST DRIVE TO VERIFY REPAIR. AFTER REPLACING THE FILTER, TECHNICIAN NOTES, THE VEHICLE HAS FULL POWER AND DRIVES NORMAL.
