2020-04-21	CUSTOMER STATES, THE DASHBOARD/INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WILL RANDOMLY NOT WORK. IT SEEMS TO DO IT MORE AFTER THE VEHICLE SITS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE. TECHNICIAN NOTES, THERE WERE SEVERAL CODES STORED U1900, U1950, AND U2013 ALL POINTING TOWARDS THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER HAVING AN INTERNAL FAULT. THE CLUSTER IS GETTING POWER AND THE PINS ON THE CONNECTORS ARE GRABBING. WE PULLED THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER APART AND FOUND A FEW ISSUES THAT COULD CAUSE POWERLESS PROBLEMS. AFTER GOING THROUGH THE CLUSTER IT IS DOING THE SAME THING. TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDS REPLACING THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. THE CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE VEHICLE UNTIL WE ARE ABLE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT. THIS CHARGE IS FOR THE DIAGNOSIS PREFORMED.	TYLER SPANGLER	$159.39
