2021-09-01	CUSTOMER STATES, THEY WERE DRIVING AND THEY HEARD A POP SOUND. NOW THERE IS A TICKING NOISE AND A BAD SMELL. THE AC ALSO STOPPED WORKING. PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE. TECHNICIAN NOTES, WE FOUND THE AC CLUTCH IS ENGAGING WHEN IT IS COMMANDED AND THE PULLEY IS TURNING BUT THE AC COMPRESSOR IS SEIZED INTERNALLY. WHEN THIS HAPPENS IT SENDS METAL THROUGH THE ENTIRE AC SYSTEM, MEANING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND HAVE THE LINES FLUSHED (NEW COMPRESSOR, CONDENSOR, RECIEVER DRYER AND EXPANSION VALVE.) - THE CUSTOMER HAS DECLINED THIS REPAIR AND WOULD LIKE US TO INSTALL A BYPASS PULLEY.
