A. CUSTOMER STATES, THEY BOUGHT THE VEHICLE NON RUNNING. THEY KNOW IT HAS BEEN SITTING FOR ABOUT A YEAR AS WELL. THEY NOTICED THE GAS CAP IS MISSING AND WOULD LIKE US TO CLEAN THE TANK BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE TO ENSURE THEY DON'T HAVE WATER IN THE FUEL.
