Concern:	CUSTOMER STATES, THE BATTERY TERMINAL IS LOOSE CAUSING IT NOT TO START. TECHNICIAN NOTES, THE BATTERY TERMINAL IS TIGHTENED ALL THE WAY DOWN WE ARE ABLE TO BEND A WASHER AND CLOSE THE CONNECTION. IF IT BECOMES AN ISSUE AGAIN WE WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE TERMINAL.
