Concern:	CUSTOMER STATES THE CENTER CONSOLE IS LOOSE IN ITS DOWN POSITION, PLEASE CHECK AND ADVISE. TECHNICIAN CHECKED AND FOUND THERE TO BE TWO SCREWS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE REAR PART OF THE CONSOLE BENEATH THE CLOTH THAT HAVE COME OUT OF POSITION CAUSING THE LOOSE CONSOLE. TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDS SENDING OUT TO AN UPHOLSTERY SHOP FOR REPAIRS.
