Concern:	Checked on emmisons machine fuel mixture coming out of the tail pipe. Adjusted air fuel screws to fine tune carburator. Test drove and vehicle still running rough. Changed fuel metering rods and springs until vehicle ran as good as possible with those changes in the carburator. than re-tested. Now running like designed. Vehicle ran out of fuel on test drive and had to break locking fuel cap to remove. added 15 gallons fuel total after test drives to ensure vehicle didnt run out of fuel. After vehicle ran out of fuel vehicle was intermitantly dying. Found no fuel pressure when vehicle would die. Replaced fuel filter and fuel pump and now as designed. has NOT been added successfully.
