Concern:	DIAGNOSTIC AND TEST - COOLING SYSTEM customer states there is a running water sound in dash. occurs on startup and also while driving and turning. had drained, flushed heater core and performed vaccum on cooling system to remove air and refill system. noise still occured but not as loud as before. raised front of vehicle to bleed air out of system and bleed air out and noise still occurs. researching and found that a blown headgasket could introduce air into cooling system. tested for hydrocarbons in the cooling system and found that there is about 20-35ppm of hydrocarbons in the system with cap off. installed cap and removed and there was about 119ppm hydrocarbons coming out of the cooling system. there should not be any hydrocarbons in the cooling system indicating that there are come combustion gases getting into the system.
