Concern:	Diagnose transmission missing 2nd and 4th gear. removed transmission and took apart, found band retainer bracket cracked and broken causing band not to engage. In result forward clutches and steels overworked and were burnt. Overhauld transmission with new clutches, steels, seals, and band. Test drove and now as designed.
